Job summary

NNMC Northern New Mexico College in Espanola, NM seeks an One Stop Shop Specialist I to deliver student support across enrollment, financial aid, orientation and advising. You will assist with recruitment, registration, and campus tours, while maintaining FERPA confidentiality and contributing to a positive student experience.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours/week, and requires an associate degree with 2+ years in an educational environment; strong customer service skills are

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in an educational environment with customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of FERPA and confidentiality practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to students, parents, and the public about policies and programs.
• Promote awareness of current programs and scholarships.
• Assist with campus tours and new student orientation.
• Support recruitment, enrollment, and registration activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected information per college policies and laws.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to meet program goals.
