Job summary

Carrington College is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate information and exceptional service. You will interview prospects, discuss programs, outcomes, student services, and finances, and determine enrollment suitability.

You will follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through to matriculation, coordinating with campus teams and maintaining records in the SIS system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service.
• Experience in Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance in recruiting activities and communicate accurately.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals.
• Manage workflows with outreach and follow-up through matriculation.
• Learn campus programs to communicate accurate information.
• Collaborate with Student Finance to guide enrollment decisions.
• Update Student Information System with detailed notes after contacts.
• Demonstrate urgency in guiding applicants through timelines and documents.
