Job summary

Northern New Mexico College seeks a One Stop Shop Specialist I to support students in the NNMC One Stop Shop Center. This role covers recruitment, enrollment, registration, financial aid, and academic support, with orientation assistance.

The position requires an Associate's degree and at least two years in an educational setting with customer service experience. Work is 40 hours weekly in-person, non-exempt, with a focus on confidentiality and student success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
• Two years of experience in educational environment with specific experience in customer service.
• Experience with Banner Ellucian.
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to students, potential students, parents, and the general public regarding policies, programs, and procedures.
• Assist with campus tours, recruiting, new student orientation, and other programs as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected information per FERPA and college policies.
• Support faculty and staff in understanding responsibilities and assignments and in achieving goals.
