CNM Central New Mexico Community College is seeking an Enrollment Services Supervisor to manage daily operations of the enrollment services department, ensuring accurate processing of applications, records, and documentation. The Enrollment Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the enrollment services department within CNM. They are responsible for managing and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of student enrollment applications, records, and related documentation. The supervisor collaborates with other departments to develop and implement enrollment strategies, policies, and procedures to meet enrollment goals and improve student retention. This position handles escalated student inquiries and issues, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance and support to enrollment staff. The Enrollment Services Supervisor analyzes enrollment data, generate reports, and make recommendations for process improvements. This position will primarily Support the Student Success Contact Center and One-Stop.
Supervises, leads, and manages staff, which includes prioritizing, and assigning work; conducting performance evaluations; ensuring staff is trained; ensuring employees follow policies and procedures; maintaining a healthy, and safe working environment; and, making hiring, termination, and disciplinary recommendations. Oversee the day-to-day operations of enrollment services, including processing applications, registrations, and financial aid applications. Develop and implement enrollment procedures, policies, and guidelines to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Provide guidance and support to staff and students regarding enrollment procedures, academic requirements, and financial aid options. Collaborate with academic departments, financial aid offices, and other campus stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of enrollment services. Monitor enrollment trends, analyze data, and generate reports to inform decision-making and support strategic planning initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations governing enrollment services, including privacy and confidentiality standards. Implement student success initiatives and interventions to support retention and persistence efforts. Foster a customer-focused environment by providing responsive and supportive services to students, faculty, and staff. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in enrollment management and student services. Represent the enrollment services department in campus committees, meetings, and events as required. Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree AND Three (3) to five (5) years related experience AND One (1) year experience with ERP/SIS systems such as Banner Experience in supervision, leadership, or managerial role is preferred Preferences: Bilingual in Spanish and English
