Job summary

Robbins Research International is seeking a results-oriented sales professional in Scottsdale to drive attendance and enrollments for Tony Robbins events, both live and virtual. You will engage a warm database, uncover needs, build belief, and guide prospects to a decision on the call.

The role features an uncapped commission structure with a Year 1 OTE of $90,000 to $120,000 and a base salary of $36,000, plus a paid 90-day training period. Local on-site schedule, Monday–Friday, full-time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2C phone sales closing consumer offers.
• 100+ outbound dials per day in KPI-driven environment.
• Closing $1,000+ consumer offers by phone, including one-call closes.
• Handling price objections by building belief and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, live and virtual.
• Discovery conversations to surface client needs and limiting beliefs.
• Build belief and urgency, guide clients toward a decision on the call.
• Develop back-end sales into larger events, target of one per week.
• Follow up with clients after events to keep them in the ecosystem.
