Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2C phone sales closing consumer offers.
• 100+ outbound dials per day in a KPI-driven sales environment.
• Closing $1,000+ consumer offers by phone, including one-call closes.
• Handling price objections by building belief and urgency rather than discounting.
• Documented sales production such as close rate, revenue, or commission rankings.

Responsibilities

• Enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, live and virtual.
• Conduct discovery conversations to surface client needs and beliefs.
• Build belief and urgency to guide clients toward a decision on the call.
• Develop back-end sales into larger events, target of one per week.
• Follow up with clients after events to keep them in the ecosystem and grow your book.
• Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce.
• Own your daily numbers: dials, connects, conversion rate, and cash collected.
