Robbins Research International is seeking a results-driven sales professional to enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, both live and virtual, from a warm data base. You will conduct discovery calls to uncover needs, build belief and urgency, and guide decisions over the phone.

The role emphasizes ongoing backend sales into larger events, with a target of one affected weekly and a strong focus on CRM discipline in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2C phone sales closing consumer offers.
• 100+ outbound dials per day in a KPI-driven sales environment.
• Closing $1,000+ consumer offers by phone, including one-call closes.
• Handling price objections by building belief and urgency rather than discounting.
• Documented sales production such as close rate, revenue, or commission rankings.

Responsibilities

• Enroll clients into Tony Robbins events, live and virtual, starting with Unleash the Power Within.
• Discovery conversations to surface client needs and limiting beliefs getting in their way.
• Build belief and urgency, and guide clients toward a decision on the call.
• Develop back-end sales into our larger events, target of one per week.
• Follow up with clients after events to keep them in the ecosystem and grow your book.
• Maintain disciplined CRM execution in Salesforce.
• Own your daily numbers: dials, connects, conversion rate, and cash collected.
