OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests. The role focuses on timely processing, accurate data entry, and professional communication with families.

You will help ensure compliance with policies while supporting procurement and enrollment operations. Qualified candidates are detail-oriented, can manage multiple tasks, and work within the Mountain Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and patient.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work during Mountain Time Zone business hours.

Responsabilités

• Schedule Processing: Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround.
• Reimbursement Processing: Review and process reimbursement claims within 14 days.
• Compliance: Ensure all claims align with policies.
• Order Verification: Verify receipt of orders and address discrepancies.
• Enrollment Packet Review: Review and organize enrollment packets.
• Data Entry: Enter student records accurately.
• Procurement Support: Process Direct Orders for supplies.
• Parent/Guardian Communication: Respond to inquiries professionally.
• Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues for families.
• Team Meetings: Attend and contribute to team Meetings.
• Lead by Example: Uphold OpenEd values and integrity.
• Compliance Adherence: Follow regulations and OpenEd policies.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
