OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests from families. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication with parents, and adherence to company policies.

You'll coordinate data entry, verify orders, support procurement, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth enrollment workflows while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with an ability to engage professionally with others.

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Availability to work during traditional business hours in Mountain Time.
• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, webcam, and headset.
• Proven administrative or clerical experience, especially in data entry and record keeping.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround with cross-referencing.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within 14 days per policy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Verify receipt of orders and address invoicing discrepancies.
• Review enrollment packets for completeness and order integrity.
• Accurately enter student records into the system.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Foster an environment aligned with OpenEd values and integrity.
• Adhere to all applicable regulations and OpenEd policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
