Job summary

OpenEd is hiring a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests, ensuring timely, accurate handling and strong parent communication. You will maintain enrollment data and verify orders in a collaborative, policy-driven environment.

This role requires light data-entry work, adherence to schedules, and proactive problem-solving within the Mountain Time Zone. Strong communication and a commitment to OpenEd values are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Proven administrative or clerical experience.
• Ability to work during Mountain Time business hours.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround, cross-referencing vendor information and documents.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround, ensuring policy compliance.
• Ensure all reimbursement claims align with company policies and guidelines.
• Verify receipt of orders and address discrepancies with invoices.
• Organize and review incoming student enrollment packets for completeness.
• Data entry of student records and maintenance of enrollment information.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries professionally and timely.
• Collaborate to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example, aligning with OpenEd values and professionalism.
• Adhere to regulations and OpenEd policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
