OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while maintaining clear communication with parents and guardians.

You will handle data entry of student records, verify orders, support procurement, and collaborate with team members to deliver reliable information to families. The role requires attention to detail and discretion.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professionals.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, patient, and personable.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Availability to work during traditional business hours in the Mountain Time Zone.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Proven administrative or clerical experience, especially in data entry and record keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within 14 days.
• Verify orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Review enrollment packets for complete documentation.
• Enter student records accurately in the system.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to inform families clearly.
• Attend team meetings and contribute.
• Lead by example and uphold OpenEd values.
• Adhere to federal, state, local regulations and policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
