Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist in the Mountain Time Zone to review and process student schedules and reimbursement requests. You’ll ensure compliance with policies, maintain accurate enrollment data, and communicate professionally with parents and guardians.

Responsibilities include cross-referencing documents, verifying orders, handling procurement support, and collaborating with team members to provide clear information to families while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to engage with families.
• Excellent organization with attention to detail for records.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Google Suite and data-entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within 14 days.
• Verify orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Review enrollment packets for completeness and order data.
• Enter student records accurately into the system.
• Support procurement with Direct Orders for supplies.
• Communicate with parents in a professional, timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to inform families clearly.
