OpenEd is hiring a Processing Specialist to review student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests while ensuring compliance with policy and timelines. You will maintain professional communication with families and support procurement and data entry tasks as needed.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work within a Mountain Time Zone context. Prior experience in administrative processing and data entry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and patient with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Review and process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround.
• Review reimbursement claims and ensure compliance with policies.
• Verify orders and address discrepancies with invoices.
• Organize and review enrollment packets for completeness.
• Enter student records accurately and maintain enrollment data.
• Support procurement by processing Direct Orders for supplies.
• Respond to parent inquiries professionally and timely.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example in line with OpenEd values.
• Adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
