Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement claims. You will communicate with parents, verify orders, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will join a collaborative team and contribute to efficient operations, data entry accuracy, and timely procurement support. Mountain Time availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work during traditional business hours in Mountain Time Zone.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or relevant experience.
• Proven administrative or clerical experience, especially in data entry and record keeping.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround, cross-referencing vendor information and documents.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround in line with policies.
• Verify orders and address discrepancies with invoices.
• Organize and review student enrollment packets for proper documentation.
• Enter student records accurately into the system and maintain enrollment data.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example and uphold OpenEd values and integrity.
