Job summary

OpenEd is hiring a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests. You will maintain timely communications with families, verify orders, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

You’ll work within policy, support procurement, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on reliable service. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with professional engagement.

• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and patient.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and online tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Available to work during traditional business hours in Mountain Time.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround and cross-reference vendor info and documents.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within 14 days per policy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Verify receipt of orders and address discrepancies with invoices.
• Review enrollment packets for completeness and order accuracy.
• Enter student records accurately and maintain up-to-date enrollment data.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example and uphold OpenEd values and professionalism.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and OpenEd policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
