Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a detail-driven Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests. You will ensure timely processing, maintain accuracy in data entry, and communicate clearly with parents and guardians. This role emphasizes compliance, organization, and collaboration within the Processing Support Team.

Ideal candidates will have associate degree or equivalent, strong administrative skills, and be available during Mountain Time hours.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience acceptable.
• Proven administrative or clerical experience, esp. data entry and record keeping.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work during Mountain Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Review and process student schedules within 14 days.
• Review and process enrollment packets and reimbursements.
• Verify orders and address discrepancies with invoices.
• Enter student records accurately into the system.
• Support procurement by processing Direct Orders.
• Communicate with parents professionally and timely.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Adhere to policies, regulations, and OpenEd practices.
