OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement claims, ensuring compliance with policies. You will maintain timely communication with parents and collaborate with staff to support accurate data entry and procurement tasks.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work within a Mountain Time Zone schedule while upholding OpenEd’s values and ensuring high-quality service to families.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with professionals.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround.
• Verify the receipt of orders and address discrepancies with invoices.
• Organize and review incoming student enrollment packets for completeness.
• Accurately enter student records into the system and maintain enrollment information.
• Process Direct Orders for necessary supplies and materials.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and lead by example.
• Adhere to all regulations and OpenEd policies; perform additional tasks as assigned.
