Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests with accuracy and timeliness. You will communicate with parents, verify orders, and support procurement while upholding OpenEd’s standards and policies.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, data entry precision, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or relevant experience.
• Proven administrative or clerical experience, especially in data entry and record keeping.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14‑day turnaround with cross-referenced documents.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14‑day turnaround in line with policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines for all reimbursements.
• Verify receipt of orders and address discrepancies with invoices.
• Organize and review incoming student enrollment packets for completeness.
• Accurately enter student records into the system and maintain enrollment data.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to relay clear information to families.
