Job summary

Alpha School is hiring for an on-site Director of Client Enrollment to manage the full enrollment journey for prospective families at a campus. You will handle inquiries, fit discussions, tours, shadow days, and final admissions decisions, carrying 20+ active families at various stages.

You will log interactions in HubSpot and the SIS, maintain data quality, and communicate decisions in a clear, timely manner to families and leadership. This role requires on-site work in one of Alpha's markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients and a buyer mindset.
• Owned a client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships simultaneously in a CRM or tracking system.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Excellent concise and professional communication with executives, high-net-worth individuals, or other demanding clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from first inquiry through onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly, review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Form the admit or decline recommendation and deliver the decision to the family.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current after every interaction; report pipeline health weekly.
