Job summary

Alpha, a private K-12 school network, is hiring an Enrollment Director to own one campus's admissions end-to-end. You will manage 20+ active families, conduct tours, shadow days, and decisional conversations, and keep HubSpot and SIS up to date while leveraging AI tools for prep and summaries.

The role is on-site daily at a single campus in one of 11 markets across the US. Successful candidates will have 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value buyers, and a track record of guiding

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role handling high-value clients ($25,000+ per client)
• Owned client or enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy when not a fit
• Familiarity with AI tools in a client workflow

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding
• Carry 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form and deliver admit/decline decisions to families
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS records and summarize updates with AI tools
