Alpha, a private K-12 school network, is hiring for a Director of Client Enrollment to work on-site at one campus. You will own the enrollment journey from first inquiry through onboarding, managing 20+ active families across stages, and presenting outcomes in your own words.

You will coordinate campus tours, open houses, and shadow days, log interactions in HubSpot and the SIS, and report pipeline health weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with a buyer value of $25,000+ per client.
• Owned end-to-end enrollment journeys from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM, databases, or tracking system.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Maintain 20+ active families at different stages and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead campus tours, info sessions, and shadow days for affluent families.
• Deliver admit or decline decisions personally to families.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up to date and report pipeline health weekly.
