Alpha School is hiring a Director of Membership to own one campus's admissions end-to-end, from inquiry to first day. You will manage 20+ active families across stages, lead campus tours, and maintain HubSpot and SIS records for accurate pipeline health.

You will work on-site daily at one campus, coordinating with admissions professionals and senior staff. The role requires 3+ years in client-facing roles and experience with high-net-worth families.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where the buyer paid $25,000+ per client.
• Have personally owned an enrollment journey from inquiry through commitment.
• Have managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM, database, or tracking system.
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy, enroll, or join because it isn’t the right fit.
• Have used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicate concisely and professionally in live conversations and writing with executives or high-net-worth individuals.
• Have personally led polished in-person tours, presentations, meetings, or hosted experiences for affluent families or high-profile visitors.
• Build a multi-touch relationship over 30+ days and stay engaged with families not ready to enroll.
• Own measurable enrollment, revenue, membership, or high-value customer-acquisition targets and build local partnerships.
• Live in, or will move within 60 days to, an open campus market listed in the ad.
• Willing to work on-site at your campus daily.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family, from first inquiry through onboarding and needs assessment.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, answering inquiries promptly and reviewing applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form the admit or decline recommendation and deliver the decision personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current after every interaction and report pipeline health weekly.
