The Director of Client Enrollment owns one campus's admissions journey end‑to‑end, from inquiry to onboarding, carrying 20+ active families at different stages and delivering personalized, high‑touch service to families.

You will lead tours, host open houses, and run shadow days while logging every interaction in HubSpot and the SIS, reporting pipeline health weekly to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years in a client-facing role where buyer spend is $25,000+ per client or $2,000+ per month.
• Owned client, admissions, or enrollment journey from first inquiry through commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Told a prospective client not to buy if not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicate concisely with executives and high-net-worth clients.
• Led in-person tours, presentations, meetings for affluent families.
• Build multi-touch relationships over 30+ days.
• Owned measurable enrollment or high-value customer acquisition targets.
• Live in or move within 60 days to one of the specified markets.
• Willing to work on-site daily.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current and report pipeline health weekly.
• Use AI tools for prep and summaries in client workflows.
