Job summary

Alpha School seeks a Director of Client Enrollment to own the campus admissions process end-to-end. You’ll shepherd inquiries, conduct fit conversations, tours, and shadow days, delivering decisions in your own words to families.

You’ll manage 20+ active families, coordinate with HubSpot and SIS, and work on-site daily at a designated campus. Ideal candidates have proven enrollment leadership, experience with affluent families, and the ability to build high-touch processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where a family/buyer was the client and budget >= $25,000.
• Owns an enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment decision.
• Handles 7+ client relationships concurrently in a CRM or tracking system.
• Has advised prospective families on enrollment suitability and fit.
• Uses AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for a campus from inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families across stages with prompt inquiries responses.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Deliver admit/decline decisions to families directly.
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS updates and report pipeline health weekly.
