Job summary

Alpha School, a private K-12 network, is hiring a Director of Client Enrollment to own the campus admissions process from inquiry through first day of school. You will manage 20+ active families, lead campus tours, open houses, and shadow days, and report progress through HubSpot.

This on-site role requires delivering honest news when needed, maintaining strong relationships with affluent families, and coordinating with the campus team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients.
• Owned client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Able to say no to enrollments when not a good fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding for every prospective family.
• Attend to 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly, review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admission or decline decisions and deliver them personally to families.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated; report pipeline health weekly.
