Job summary

Alpha is hiring for Enrollment Director at one campus, on‑site, in the United States. You will own the admissions journey end‑to‑end, from first inquiry through the first day of school, managing 20+ active families across stages. You will lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days, delivering admit or decline decisions in person.

You will document activity in HubSpot and the SIS, using AI tools for prep and summaries. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value buyers ($25k+ per client).
• Owned an end-to-end admissions or enrollment journey.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy when not a fit.
• Experience using AI tools in client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for a campus width 20+ active families.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit/decline decisions and communicate them in person.
• Keep HubSpot/SIS up to date and summarize pipeline health weekly.
