MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program to guide military veterans into IT careers through consultative enrollment. This remote role requires you to manage the enrollment funnel, conduct engaging consultations, and collaborate across teams to drive enrollments.

You will present MyCC programs, handle funding documentation, and close enrollments in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, achieving ambitious targets with resilience and accountability.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated sales success in target-driven environments.
• High-volume activity discipline with daily prospect outreach.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools.
• Ability to analyze personal conversion metrics and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by presenting the value of tech training.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and optimize conversion KPIs.
• Lead engaging consultations and present programs to prospective students.
