MyComputerCareer is hiring an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program to help veterans transition into civilian IT careers. You will guide prospective students through the enrollment funnel with consultative sales, empathy, and accountability.

This remote, full-time role requires high activity, closing enrollments, and collaborating with teams to ensure students start on time. Strong CRM and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of target-driven sales success.
• High-volume daily activity discipline.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills.
• Ability to translate candidate career aspirations into enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and enroll prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through funnel.
• Exceed enrollment quotas and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Deliver engaging consultations via in-person or video.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones and documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to retain and starts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and duties as assigned.
