MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through the Cyber Warrior program from first consultation to onboarding. This remote role requires high-energy, consultative sales skills and a passion for helping students transition into IT careers.

You will drive pipeline growth, conduct engaging video consultations, manage funding documentation, and collaborate with teams to retain starts.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-volume activity discipline with pipeline velocity management.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and video presentation tools; analyze personal conversion metrics.
• Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills to translate career goals into enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate resilience and grit when overcoming objections and driving motivation.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones: readiness assessments, funding, compliance.
