MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for the Cyber Warrior Program to help military veterans transition to civilian IT careers. You will engage prospective students, present programs, and drive enrollments through consultative sales in a remote setting.

You will conduct online consultations, review funding documents, and coordinate onboarding while meeting ambitious targets. Strong sales communication and empathy are essential for success in this mission-driven role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven Sales Success: 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• High-Volume Activity Discipline: Proven track record of high daily activity and pipeline velocity.
• Tech & Pipeline Literacy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversions, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate grit, resilience, and motivation in objectives-based selling.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including financing and onboarding.
• Deliver engaging video consultations to build trust and present MyCC programs.
• Support retention and starts through cross-team collaboration.
