Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or a high school diploma with 2 years of office experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing and reviewing student applications for admissions.
• Assist with match and merge for duplicate applicant resolution.
• Assist with testing and evaluating software to ensure functionality for the department.
• Help generate reports, collect data, and handle exception reporting.
• Support other enrollment center front‑line areas as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
