The position builds dashboards in Tableau, works with Snowflake/SQL/Python, and advises leadership with data-driven insights to support Berklee’s enrollment and student success goals.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a quantitative or social science discipline with 5+ years of data analysis or related experience.
• Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI) and intermediate SQL; programming experience in Python or R.
• Proven track record turning analytical data into actionable guidance and solving data issues.
• Preferred: higher education data domains (enrollment, financial aid, student success), advanced SQL, Snowflake, Workday Student, Salesforce, and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Analytics: Own ad-hoc and recurring analytics projects across SEE; enable data-driven innovation for the strategic plan components.
