Reporting to the Senior Director of Enrollment Research & Analytics, the Assistant Director translates complex admissions, financial aid, and student success data into strategic recommendations. Operating at the intersection of analytics and higher education strategy, this role partners with stakeholders across Student Enrollment and Engagement (SEE) to build decision-ready data products, track key performance indicators, and advise leadership. The incumbent also collaborates closely with the institutional strategy team to help execute elements of Berklee’s strategic plan.
