Job summary

Berklee College of Music in Boston seeks an Assistant Director of Admissions Services to be the primary contact for prospective students across Berklee’s campuses. You will guide applicants through the application, audition participation, and matriculation, delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and virtual channels.

Under supervision, you will resolve inquiries, counsel applicants on steps and milestones, and collaborate with One Stop Student Services to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (music-related concentration).
• Up to 3 years of high-quality customer service, admissions, or sales experience.
• Familiarity with modern music styles and industry structures.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms; Colleague and PowerCampus knowledge.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for prospective students across Berklee’s campuses.
• Counsel applicants through application steps and enrollment milestones.
• Support outreach campaigns via phone, email, and Slack.
• Collaborate with One Stop Student Services and Student Success Advising to resolve issues.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce, Colleague, and PowerCampus.
• Assist in coordinating auditions, recruitment events, and Open Houses.
