Job summary

Berklee College of Music in Boston seeks an Assistant Director of Admissions Services to be the primary contact for prospective students across Berklee’s campuses. You will guide applicants through the process, support auditions, and help matriculate while coordinating with campus teams and using Salesforce, Colleague, and PowerCampus.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak admissions periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (music-related concentration).
• Up to 3 years of high-quality customer service, admissions, or sales experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of Colleague and PowerCampus.
• Strong communication skills and disciplined time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for prospective students across Berklee’s campuses.
• Counsel applicants through application steps and matriculation milestones.
• Support outbound call campaigns and respond via phone, email, and Slack.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce, Colleague, and PowerCampus.
• Coordinate auditions, interviews, open houses, and regional events.
• Supervise student employees and contribute to departmental projects.
