Job summary

Boston Conservatory at Berklee is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Admissions Services to lead auditions logistics, regional tours, and on-campus events, while guiding Voice and Dance applicants from inquiry to matriculation.

The role combines national recruitment, website content oversight, and data-driven reporting using TargetX, Salesforce, and Acceptd; limited remote work is available. Expect 6–8 weeks of fall travel and strong collaboration with faculty and counselors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; major/minor in dance, music, or theater preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (college admissions preferred).
• Experience with admissions systems (Salesforce, TargetX, Acceptd), Google Suite, and website CMS management.
• Travel availability: 6–8 weeks in the fall, with some weekend/evening work; limited remote work possible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional audition tours for Dance and Voice, booking venues and schedules.
• Plan on-campus auditions, Open Houses, and yield events, including room setups and catering.
• Lead independent fall recruitment travel to high schools, colleges, and fairs with presentations.
• Manage applicant pipeline, registration, auditions, and document tracking; generate regular reports.
• Maintain admissions website content and recruitment documents.
