Berklee College of Music in Boston seeks an Assistant Director of Admissions Services to lead cross-campus applicant support across Berklee College of Music, Boston Conservatory, and Berklee NYC. You’ll guide candidates through applications, auditions, and matriculation with high-touch service.
You’ll collaborate with One Stop Student Services and Student Success Advising, manage data in Salesforce, Colleague, and PowerCampus, and supervise student staff during peak recruitment events.
Job Description:
Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of Admissions Services, the Assistant Director of Admissions Services serves as the primary point of contact for Berklee’s prospective students and applicants across all physical campuses (Berklee College of Music, Boston Conservatory, and Berklee NYC). Delivering world-class support via phone, email, and virtual channels, this role guides candidates through application completion, audition participation, and matriculation. At Berklee, your work directly supports the next generation of creative leaders.

Hiring Range: $56,000 to $75,000; salary dependent on experience and education.
