Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 5+ years of data analytics or related experience
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages (Python/R)
• Experience developing predictive models and handling large datasets
• Experience designing interactive dashboards (Tableau)
• Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong project management and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical methods, predictive analytics, and ML to support enrollment planning
• Develop and maintain predictive models for yield forecasting and retention analyses
• Create Tableau dashboards and executive reports for stakeholders
• Perform market research and competitive benchmarking to identify enrollment trends
• Extract, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources and build data pipelines
• Collaborate with enrollment management and IT to support data-informed decision-making
• Share knowledge and provide guidance on Tableau, analytics, and data troubleshooting
