Job summary

Montgomery County Community College is seeking an Enrollment Coach to guide prospective students through the enrollment process, using CRM to track progress and provide timely information on programs and financial aid.

You will conduct campus tours, presentations and off-campus events, travel between campuses as needed, and work evenings and weekends to meet enrollment goals. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Experience with CRM and database software.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Customer service and sales or marketing experience.
• Experience in student services in higher education.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel to off-campus sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for prospective students/applicants with accurate information.
• Follow up with prospects using CRM to monitor progress through enrollment.
• Meet pre-determined enrollment goals per semester.
• Conduct campus tours, presentations and off-campus events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
