Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience or an Associate's degree with related experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills and excellent written and oral communication required.
• Experience with Ellucian Colleague, reporting/analytics tools and scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build course sections in Ellucian Colleague for Credit, Non-Credit, and Dual Enrollment offerings.
• Validate course section entry using CROA Reporting and Operating Analytics.
• Enter classroom assignments and maintain scheduling data in Astra Schedule.
• Run reports for data requests and support scheduling operations as needed.
