Job summary

Colorado Mountain College is seeking a Senior Enrollment Services Specialist to support recruiting and pre‑enrollment activities on campus and at off‑campus events. You will assist applicants and current students with inquiries and admissions processes, while coordinating tours, visits, and onboarding in collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years related work experience required, or an Associate’s with three years, or HS diploma with four years’ related experience.
• Previous admissions and recruitment experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak English well; strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of Access/Publisher/Photoshop/InDesign beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local high school visits and recruit local students.
• Assist with onboarding new students and admissions processes.
• Follow up with prospective students by phone and email.
• Schedule campus tours and Visit Days for prospective students.
