Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ability to meet complex goals and collaborate with departments.
• Knowledge of college admission, financial aid processes, and outreach.
• Competent in delivering presentations via electronic media.
• Ability to organize data and prepare reports.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiar with Prezi.
• Ability to communicate with prospective students via social media.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication; comfortable with sales-oriented communication.
• Self-motivated; able to travel independently.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate enrollment process of students.
• Ensure information is provided to students to move from inquiry to enrollment.
• Review transcripts for prior college credit to guide next steps.
• Coordinate campus visits, information sessions, tours and appointments.
• Conduct intake to facilitate placement and discuss financial aid.
• Coordinate outreach with agencies and external initiatives and markets.
• Operate the college recruitment van for promotional activities.
• Conduct follow-up via phone, email, live chat with inquiry pools.
• Collect and analyze data to generate reports for decisions.
• Collaborate with academic departments on recruitment strategies.
• Design and deliver presentations; stay updated on social media trends.
• Deliver strong customer service to inquiring students and applicants.
• Generate enrollments by advising students through enrollment.
• Plan recruitment travel within the county and represent at events.
• Complete administrative functions related to data and communications.
• Perform duties aligned with the college mission and values.
• Maintain sensitivity to a diverse campus community.
• Other duties as assigned.
