Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven sales or customer service experience with a track record of meeting KPIs such as conversions and outreach goals.
• One+ years of admissions experience in a proprietary post-secondary setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to assist applicants through each step of the admissions process.
• Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance.
• Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up.
• Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs.
