Qualifications

• Some college coursework or an associate degree.
• Two years of experience in a front-line customer service or administrative role.

• Ability to communicate in a language other than English (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent front-line customer service to diverse visitors and students.
• Assist with applications, registration, and enrollment processes in person and online.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries with guidance and resources.
• Support enrollment activities and communications for events and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and FERPA compliance in handling student data.
• Use AI tools as needed to support daily tasks and student interactions.
