Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical leadership and design oversight for major electrical projects across the United States.

The role includes managing engineers, designers, and modeling staff, with responsibility for budgets, resources, and project outcomes. The candidate will mentor staff, coordinate with PMs and executives, perform value engineering, and serve as Engineer of Record where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction sciences.
• US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Minimum of 8 years engineering experience and field exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for projects.
• Develop work plans, allocate resources, and mentor staff.
• Communicate with PM or executives on deliverables and effort.
• Lead value engineering studies and act as Engineer of Record where assigned.
