Job summary

Rosendin is hiring an Engineering Team Lead in the United States. This engineering management role provides technical oversight, design team leadership, and financial/resource responsibilities for assigned projects.

You will mentor staff, manage planning, and coordinate with PMs to ensure successful design and execution. The position requires a PE license, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and typically 8 years of engineering experience, with field experience strongly recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
• Field experience is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Executive regarding effort required for deliverables.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
• Resolve a variety of complex problems in design and coordination.
• Coordinate with city, state, and county officials and regulatory agencies.
• Attend project design meetings with the Design Build Team.
