Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to manage engineering projects, provide technical oversight, and guide design teams on complex electrical systems. This role includes fee development, resource planning, and coordination with project managers and regulatory agencies on design-build projects.

The ideal candidate holds a U.S. PE license, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and 8+ years of experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
• Field experience is strongly recommended.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for projects.
• Prepare and oversee work plans and fee development for engineering work.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff and coordinate with PMs/Owners.
• Lead the Engineering CAC and interface with the project PM.
• Perform value engineering and act as Engineer of Record on applicable projects.
