Job summary

Rosendin Electric seeks a Senior Engineering Team Lead to oversee large, complex projects and mentor multiple engineering teams. This advanced management role requires strong resource planning, QA/QC, and technical acumen to drive design work and project success.

You will coordinate with executives, manage staff, and ensure deliverables meet client and regulatory requirements while maintaining Rosendin’s standards of safety and quality. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of engineering processes and calculations.
• Advanced management skills including work planning, resource management and staff development.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee resource allocation and fee disposition for projects.
• Supervise Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.
• Communicate with Project Executive or Division Manager regarding effort and deliverables.
