Rosendin Electric, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead to manage larger, more complex projects and oversee Engineering Team Leads.

You will allocate resources, plan work, develop fees, and perform QA/QC on design work while maintaining advanced technical competence. Key duties include crafting design fees, overseeing work plans, coordinating with executives and regulatory bodies, and guiding engineers, designers, and modeling staff to deliver high-quality project

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and PE license.
• Typically 10 years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Field experience and ability to oversee design teams and projects.
• Proficient in MS Office; Oracle experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Understand project requirements and develop design fees for work.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee and evaluate resource allocation and fee disposition.
• Supervise Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.
• Coordinate with Project Executives / Division Managers on effort and deliverables.
