Job summary
Rosendin Electric is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for complex electrical projects across the United States. The role includes budgeting, resource planning, and mentoring staff to ensure successful delivery.
The candidate will oversee engineers, designers, and modeling staff, coordinate with project managers, and drive value engineering while ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Travel up to 25% is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
- Registered/PE license required for this position.
- Field experience strongly recommended.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management.
- Develop design fee estimates and oversee work plans.
- Supervise engineers, designers, and modeling staff.
- Communicate with Project Manager/Owner on deliverables and scope changes.
- Lead Engineering CAC efforts and coordinate with PM.
